As the Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all maintenance and renovations for Lookout facilities. This position requires overseeing property standards, liaising with the Facilities and Maintenance Managers, and enforcing compliance with regulations. You’ll ensure that building records and capital plans are up-to-date, demonstrating your commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage property maintenance and quality assurance standards
• Oversee inspections to ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement Capital Plans for facilities
• Authorize purchases and manage building-related expenses
• Maintain and organize records for all properties
Requirements:
• Two years post-secondary education or five years of property management experience
• Experience in non-profit settings preferred
• Valid property management license considered an asset
• Minimum of two years' sobriety required
• Must pass criminal records checks
