As a Property Manager, you will take charge of maintenance, renovations, and personnel management across all Lookout facilities. This role involves liaising with the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Manager while being on-call for emergencies. Your expertise will ensure compliance with regulations and enhance operational effectiveness through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish society-wide building maintenance policies
• Implement fire and disaster training programs
• Perform compliance inspections for all buildings
• Manage capital plans for building and repair needs
• Oversee purchases, expenses, and budgets
Requirements:
• Two years of related education or five years’ property management experience
• Experience in a non-profit setting
• Minimum of two years sobriety
• Valid Class 5 Drivers’ Licence
• Ability to pass criminal record checks
