Position: Duncan Full-Time Property Manager

The Property Manager is vital in ensuring all Lookout facilities remain well-maintained and compliant with regulations. You will handle maintenance, repairs, and renovations while working closely with executive team members. Your leadership will help to uphold policies and standards that are essential for the organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish property management policies for quality assurance

• Conduct routine inspections for compliance

• Assess and manage capital and repair needs

• Oversee staff and contractors in maintenance tasks

• Organize building budgets and track expenses

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of related education or five years of property management experience

• Proven experience in a non-profit environment highly valued

• Property Management license is a plus

• Must have own vehicle for supply distribution

• Criminal record clearance required
