Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations of residential homes with person-centered care

• Champion individualized support based on clients’ goals

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Social Services preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential care

• Previous leadership experience is an asset

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence

• Current First Aid certification
