What You’ll Do:

* Manage all aspects of the F&I process, including financing, leasing, and protection products
* Structure clean, compliant, and profitable deals
* Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Advisors to support deal flow
* Deliver a professional and customer focused delivery experience
* Ensure accuracy and compliance across all documentation
* Track performance through reporting, forecasting, and key performance indicators---##

What You Bring:

* Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager
* Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
* High attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to perform in a fast paced, results driven environment
