Position: Experienced Sales Associate Wanted
Launch your automotive career at Island Chevrolet Buick GMC in Duncan, BC. We are looking for a Sales Associate who can provide excellent customer service throughout the vehicle purchasing process.

In this full-time role, you will interact with customers both virtually and in-person. The perfect candidate should have a 'hunter' mentality and over 3 years of customer service experience. Your primary focus will be on relationship-building to retain customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom

• Provide expert answers about new and used vehicles

• Build rapport and finalize payment terms

• Maintain customer records to drive future sales

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Valid CA driver's license required

• Over 3 years of customer-facing experience

• Strong written and spoken communication skills

• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the job
