Sunbelt Rentals is looking for a Heavy Duty Mechanic to perform critical maintenance and repairs on rental equipment at customer locations. Ensure machines operate safely and effectively.

In this Road Mechanic role, your expertise will be vital in delivering preventive maintenance and resolving complex repairs. With a focus on equipment reliability, you will be responsible for advanced diagnosis in dynamic environments. Applicants should have strong experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and preventive maintenance tasks

• Execute advanced repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems

• Adapt to fast-paced working conditions and prioritize efficiently

• Minimize equipment downtime for clients

• Represent Sunbelt Rentals while servicing customer sites

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Trade school or mechanical training preferred

• Experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment

• Optional Red Seal Heavy Duty certification

• Must bring personal mechanic’s tools
