Join Father And Son Masonry And Curbing as a Full-Time Welder in Duncan, BC. This permanent position seeks motivated individuals skilled in reading blueprints and operating welding machines.

The company is looking for two Welders to support their operations.

Your role will involve working with various welding and flame-cutting equipment, ensuring quality repairs and fabrications. A strong background in interpreting technical specifications is crucial, as well as operating brazing and soldering machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications

• Operate manual and semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment

• Fabricate and repair metal parts with welding machines

• Use brazing machines to bond metal and fill seams

• Ensure quality standards are met for all projects

Requirements:

• Fluent in English for effective communication

• High school graduation certificate required

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Self-motivated attitude towards work

• Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration
