Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate steel structures with precision and care

• Interpret project blueprints and provide accurate work

• Collaborate with colleagues to meet budget and schedule

• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

• Operate shop equipment and tools efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience

• Preferred: valid welding certification

• Familiarity with construction site and shop environments

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Eligibility to work in Canada is required
