Key Responsibilities:
• Repair plumbing, heating, and electrical problems
• Fix doors, windows, and appliance issues
• Handle painting and drywall tasks effectively
• Maintain the building's exterior and grounds
• Identify and report any deficiencies you find
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
• Technical certification preferred or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in using hand tools and equipment
• Comfortable using technology for work orders
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
