As our Bookkeeper, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
• Preparing financial reports to support decision-making.
• Assisting with payroll processing and tax filings.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

We’re seeking a skilled professional who brings:

• 3 years of bookkeeping experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Proficiency in QUICKBOOKS and EXCEL.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A commitment to integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
