Full‑Time Licensed Dental Hygienist

My Dentist‑Duncan is looking for a full‑time licensed hygienist to join our team at 1408 N. Hwy 81, Duncan, OK 73533. The position offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

• Currently licensed dental hygienist in Oklahoma with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs.
• Ability to meet clinical responsibilities as required by the office.

• Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office, doctor or Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• New hires must complete a tuberculosis (TB) test before starting employment (not required in FL & TN).
