Role Description
The Electronic Services/Card Representative is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Duncan, OK. This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining electronic banking services, including debit and credit card programs, online and mobile banking, and ATM‑related activities. Daily tasks include monitoring card transactions for potential issues or fraud, assisting members with card disputes, replacements, activations, and access problems, and troubleshooting electronic service errors.
The representative will work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical or service‑related concerns, ensure accurate documentation, and support compliance with applicable policies and regulations. The role also involves providing clear, professional member service, educating members on electronic products, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and member experience.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to review transactions, identify irregularities, and support problem‑solving in electronic services and card operations.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in electronics and electricity to understand the technical aspects of card systems, ATMs, and related banking equipment.
- Candidates should possess communication skills to interact effectively with members, colleagues, and vendors, including clear verbal and written communication.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with electrical engineering concepts or coursework that supports understanding of electronic banking infrastructure and systems.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in financial services or credit union operations, customer service experience in a technology or banking environment, basic proficiency with online banking platforms and Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post‑secondary education or relevant certifications in electronics, electrical technology, or banking operations are preferred.
