Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutritional assessment, patient education, and dietary planning services for patients across our facilities. This role involves working closely with Culinary Services, Nursing, and Providers to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local dietary regulations while promoting quality patient care and nutrition outcomes.
Job Title:Registered Dietitian Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and screenings for patients.
- Develop and monitor individualized diet plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
- Educate patients on nutrition and therapeutic diets.
- Collaborate with Culinary Services to ensure proper meal planning and dietary compliance.
- Review menus and diet orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Document dietary assessments and interventions in the electronic medical record.
- Provide nutrition education and in-service training to Culinary Services staff.
- Participate in interdisciplinary committees and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, infection prevention, and hospital policies.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university
- Current Registered Dietitian credential
- Active Oklahoma Dietitian License
- Oklahoma Food Handler's Permit
- Ability to travel between facilities
This position is primarily on-site with potential for hybrid work arrangements. The role offers a relocation package and the opportunity to work in a trusted hospital environment. The position requires the ability to travel between different facilities.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Duncan, OK.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
