As a Medical Assistant / Receptionist
, your role will be a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities. Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records with attention to detail.
• Assist with basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.
• Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Show your creative side with digital ad design and social media marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient feels cared for and valued.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (medical or administrative).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Strong customer services and sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures is a plus.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Canva for creative ad designs.
