Breakfast Bar Attendant

We are looking for a Breakfast Bar Attendant to contribute to delivering an exceptional stay for our guests by preparing and serving the hotel's morning breakfast. Breakfast Bar Attendants contribute to the overall safety and security of the hotel by reporting damage, following safety rules, and assisting in emergency situations. This position requires a daily start at 5 a.m. and a seven‑day per week schedule.

- Prepare and display the daily breakfast in accordance with brand and health department guidelines
- Greet and engage with guests, answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering solutions
- Replenish food and beverage offerings and clean the service area as needed to maintain a fresh presentation
- Bus, clean, and sanitize tables and seating areas throughout the shift
- Manage inventories, maintaining par levels based on occupancy and placing orders as required
- Maintain organized and clean prep and storage rooms; report maintenance concerns promptly
- Professional, warm, and approachable disposition
- Ability to remain level‑headed in hectic and tense situations
- Hold and maintain any required food handling permit or license
