Night Auditor

Location:

Hampton Inn – Duncan, OK

Starting hourly rate: $13.00 per hour.

Position Overview

Night Auditor performs overnight reception responsibilities, balances daily hotel business, records end‑of‑day transactions, and rolls over hotel systems into the new business day. The role contributes to hotel safety and security by following safety rules and coordinating guests and staff during overnight emergencies.

Responsibilities
  • Post, report, and balance daily transactions and payments of the hotel’s lodging operation and other outlets for end‑of‑day reporting.
  • Perform required end‑of‑day routines on applicable hotel systems.
  • Attend to guest registration, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Take, modify, and update room reservations.
  • Accurately record and process guest charges, credits, and payments.
  • Assist and respond to guest inquiries in person, phone, or email as appropriate.
  • Deliver the brand and company promises.
Requirements
  • Professional, warm, and approachable disposition.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to remain level‑headed in hectic and tense situations.
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time while working alone with little to no direct supervision.
  • 7‑day‑a‑week availability is a requirement.
