Röchling Automotive is looking for a Senior Specialist HR Services to join our team and support our employees and leaders across a broad range of HR activities.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working with people, supporting leaders, resolving employee-related matters, and contributing to a positive work environment. The role will be involved in employee relations, performance management, training, benefits, compliance, and HR process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns
  • Assist with resolving employee issues and conflicts and conduct investigations when necessary
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives
  • Support the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
  • Assist managers with performance issues and improvement plans
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs and provide guidance to employees regarding benefits enrollment and claims
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with HR reports, metrics, and other HR-related data
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and practices
  • Support HR projects and initiatives focused on improving HR processes and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on organizational development projects
  • Coach and guide leaders on personnel-related matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • +5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with HR processes and tools, including background checks, STAR interviewing, DISC assessments, and competency models
