Join us as a Maintenance Tech at the Fairfield Inn & Suites - Duncan, operated by Integral Hospitality Solutions, LLC. Located just off Highway 81, this 80-room hotel is one of Duncan, OK's premier properties.
Responsibilities:- Complete work and repair orders promptly
- Estimate repair time and scope
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
- Supervise outside contractors as needed
- Ensure guest safety and comfort, and maintain a safe environment for staff
- Assist other departments as a team player
- Protect property assets through preventive maintenance
- Maintain smooth operations
- Respond effectively to emergencies during your shift
- Keep mechanical areas safe, clean, and organized with proper records
- Clean the pool
- Experience in maintenance or related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
