• Provideoverallleadershipanddailymanagementofallfacilityoperations.
• Ensurecompliancewithfederal,state,andlocalregulations,aswellascompanypoliciesandprocedures.
• Lead,coach,anddevelopdepartmentheadsandteammemberstopromoteapositive,high-performance culture.
• Overseefinancialmanagement,including budgeting,census development,andcostcontrol.
• Fosterstrongrelationshipswithresidents,families,physicians,andthesurroundingcommunity.
• Drivequalityimprovementinitiativestoenhanceresidentoutcomesandsatisfaction.
• Maintain open,transparentcommunicationwithownershipandregionalleadershiponkeyoperationalmetrics.

• Current
  Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA)ingoodstanding.
• Minimum3–5yearsofexperience
  asan Administratorinaskillednursingorlong-termcarefacility.
• Provensuccesswithsurveyreadiness,census growth,andteamdevelopment.
• Strongunderstandingof Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement,financial operations,andcompliancestandards.
• Excellent leadership,communication,andinterpersonalskills.
• Aresults-orientedmindsetwiththeabilitytobalancequality,compliance,andoperationalefficiency.
