Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)toprovidestrategicandoperationalleadership,ensuringexcellenceincaredelivery,regulatory compliance,andstaffengagement.
- Provideoverallleadershipanddailymanagementofallfacilityoperations.
- Ensurecompliancewithfederal,state,andlocalregulations,aswellascompanypoliciesandprocedures.
- Lead,coach,anddevelopdepartmentheadsandteammemberstopromoteapositive,high-performance culture.
- Overseefinancialmanagement,including budgeting,census development,andcostcontrol.
- Fosterstrongrelationshipswithresidents,families,physicians,andthesurroundingcommunity.
- Drivequalityimprovementinitiativestoenhanceresidentoutcomesandsatisfaction.
- Maintain open,transparentcommunicationwithownershipandregionalleadershiponkeyoperationalmetrics.
- Current
Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA)ingoodstanding. - Minimum3–5yearsofexperience
asan Administratorinaskillednursingorlong-termcarefacility. - Provensuccesswithsurveyreadiness,census growth,andteamdevelopment.
- Strongunderstandingof Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement,financial operations,andcompliancestandards.
- Excellent leadership,communication,andinterpersonalskills.
- Aresults-orientedmindsetwiththeabilitytobalancequality,compliance,andoperationalefficiency.
