You will be responsible for the storage, organization, identification, and safe transport of materials for the Quality Department.

• Washing parts
  • Parts that require degreasing will be transported to the wash area and cleaned before delivery to production.
• Material handling
  • Detrashing and preparation of incoming RMA and NCR material for storage and movement through the process.
  • Relocating material onto pallets when needed, for sake of visibility or safe handling.
  • Physically disposing of scrap product and broken or unsuitable pallets.
  • Physically moving RMA and NCR material throughout plant as directed.
  • Maintaining safe and uncluttered inventory and assembly delivery areas.
• Use of all required PPE while working.
• Other duties as assigned.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds while wearing gloves and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an indoor manufacturing environment. The employee will work in areas exposed to production activities to include but not limited to production machinery, assembly operations, overhead cranes usage, and forklift traffic. The employee will be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to workplace hazards.
