Position OverviewAs a Manufacturing Assembly Technician you will assemble and disassemble parts, use a variety of tools and equipment, and work in an industrial environment. You will be a team player with strong listening and communication skills. The hourly pay range starts at $18.50+.
Work hours:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Assemble, test, and inspect components based on engineering drawings and test codes.
- Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that fails testing.
- Assist in daily 5S and cleaning procedures.
- Help colleagues resolve quality and production issues.
- Maintain and service assembly and test equipment.
- Move material to and from workstations by hand, cart, and crane as required.
- Adhere to safety rules, procedures, and maintain good housekeeping.
- Other duties as required or assigned.
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $18.50 plus potential increases based on experience, training, and market conditions.

- High school graduate or GED.
- 1+ year of assembly experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment for assembly.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- A team player who works well with others.
- Availability for the 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM shift.
- Assist in daily 5S and cleaning procedures.
- Assist colleagues in solving quality and production issues.
- Other duties as may be required or assigned.
- Assemble, test, and inspect components per engineering drawings.

- Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble non‑conforming equipment.
- Maintain assembly and test equipment as required.
- Move material to and from the workstation by hand, cart, and crane.
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
Frequently required to stand, walk, talk, or hear; use hands to operate tools and controls; reach, lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Must occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
EnvironmentThe work takes place in an indoor manufacturing environment with exposure to production machinery, assembly operations, overhead crane use, and forklift traffic. Personal protective equipment must be used to prevent workplace hazards.
