How will you make a difference?

You will be responsible for assembling and disassembling assembly parts, and you must be able to use the tools and equipment needed to perform the operations in an industrial setting. You will make a difference by being a team player and having great listening and communication skills.

What do we offer?
  • Hourly range: $18.50+ an hour.

What do we want to know about you?
  • Able to work 1st shift hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • 1+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Ability to use tools and equipment needed for assembly operations.
  • Good listening and communication skills.
  • Team player.
What will your typical day look like?
  • Assist in daily 5S and cleaning procedures.
  • Assist others in solutions to quality and production issues.
  • Other duties as required or assigned.
  • Assemble, test, and inspect according to engineering drawings and test codes.
  • Work with electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble non‑passing equipment.
  • Maintain assembly and test equipment.
  • Move material to and from the workstation by hand, cart, and crane.
  • Adhere to safety rules and maintain housekeeping.
Physical demands of the job

Employee must frequently stand, walk, talk, hear; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and focus adjustment. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Environment

Indoor manufacturing environment with exposure to production activities, machinery, assembly operations, overhead crane usage, and forklift traffic. Personal protective equipment required.

Mental demands

Use written and oral communication; read and interpret data and documents; analyze and solve problems; use math and reasoning; observe and interpret situations; learn and apply new skills; interact with employees, customers, vendors.
