Production Operator 2nd Shift - M​/F

Position Overview

The Production Operator is responsible for ensuring operations are safe and the quality at each operation meets our specifications. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Operations and is part of the Manufacturing & Operations department located in Duncan, SC and will be an on‑site role.

• Ensure operations are safe and meet quality specifications.
• Build products according to established safety and quality procedures and work instructions.
• Achieve safety, quality, and delivery objectives set by the leadership team.
• Complete documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including routing information, batch control records, scrap/quality issues, and scorecards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend product drawings and written work instructions.
• Proficiency in using measuring equipment (e.g., ruler, calipers).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and a cleanroom environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Travel may be required. Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 35 lbs.
