POSITION OVERVIEW The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care based on individualized patient needs while working under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include:

Medication administration and treatments

Monitoring patient conditions

Assisting with assessments and evaluations

Accurate medical documentation

Communicating with healthcare providers and nursing staff

Following established nursing standards and correctional healthcare protocols

Delivering compassionate and professional patient care QUALIFICATIONS Valid, unrestricted LPN license

Current CPR certification
