Island Health in Cowichan Valley is seeking an Adult Nurse Practitioner to join the Cowichan Wellness Recovery Centre and related sites, focused on vulnerable populations, addictions medicine, and youth. This is a 1.0 FTE NP episodic group contract with flexible hours; no after-hours or on-call.
You will work collaboratively with Addiction Medicine physicians and other NPs, and may serve patient homes and housing sites as needed.
