Aveanna Healthcare in Duncan, OK is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for 3pm-10pm Monday–Friday, with options for full-time, part-time or PRN. You will provide hands-on nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with clinicians, and document care using electronic systems.
Required active LPN/LVN license in state, CPR certification, TB test, and reliable transportation. Six months of nursing experience preferred.
