We are seeking a dedicated Tasting Room Associate to join our team in a fast-paced wine tasting environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wine and hospitality, customer service, and team work. Previous experience in wineries or hospitality industry settings, including serving roles, is highly valued. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the wine industry and contribute to a positive customer experience.

• Providing wine tasting experiences for guests
• Promoting wine sales
• Educating guests about the wines, the winery and the wine club
• Assist with food preparation and handling in accordance with food safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of storage areas and equipment
• Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock to minimize waste
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service when needed
• Assist in receiving deliveries, checking inventory against orders, and documenting discrepancies

• Previous restaurant experience or background in the food and wine industry preferred
• Customer service experience, particularly in hospitality or food service environments
• Knowledge of serving, wine and food handling best practices
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Serving It Right Certification is mandatory
• Food Safe is recommended
