Rainbow Greenhouses is hiring Outdoor Merchandisers for a physical, fast paced, seasonal role in Walmart Garden Centers. You will work outdoors in all weather, moving heavy rolling racks, watering plants, and organizing display benches with a small team. A great fit for strong, reliable people who show up, work hard, and bring energy to every shift.

Rainbow Greenhouses supplies major retailers across North America with high quality live plants. Our outdoor teams bring the season to life with teamwork, grit, and pride.

This seasonal position runs until early July. Hours vary based on product volume and customer demand. Work happens outdoors in snow, rain, sun, heat, and wind. You will support the Garden Center by moving product, watering live plants, merchandising benches, and keeping the space organized and customer ready.

This job is physical, fast paced, and demanding. With the right team, it is also fun and rewarding.

• Move and position rolling racks that can weigh more than 100 pounds
• Water live plants throughout the shift
• Merchandise and organize benches to keep product shoppable
• Unload and organize large volumes of plants during peak weeks
• Work efficiently with your team in a busy outdoor environment
• Support Walmart Garden Center staff as needed

• Strong, capable, and comfortable with heavy physical work
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to each shift for the season
• Self motivated with a positive attitude and team focus
• Comfortable working in all weather snow, rain, heat, wind
• Able to work quickly and safely during high volume days
