Pay range is based on experience from $14.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour.

Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker)

• Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program and earn a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.
• Continue to grow skills in the Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1/hour.
• Excel and explore opportunities to promote to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager).
• Apply for Store Manager in Training with a 12‑week training program.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics (a plus).
• Sales background (a plus).
• Bilingual (a plus).
