Pay range: $17.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

You will provide outstanding customer service, build solid relationships with customers, promote sales, and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items. You will lead and coach team members and create a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from the competition.

• Process loans and loan extensions
• Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding pawn items
• Perform opening and closing store procedures
• Supervise and coach store team members

The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, demonstrate excellent judgment, and possess strong time-management and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build ongoing customer relationships are also required.

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus
• Sales background, a plus
• Bilingual, a plus
