Assistant Produce Manager

Job Title: Assistant Produce Manager – Full-Time

Our Duncan location is looking for a strong leader to join our team as the Assistant Produce Manager
. Reporting to the Produce Manager, you will co‑lead operations of the Produce department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service and quality product is consistently maintained.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Oversee the produce department when the Produce Manager is not present on the floor; training and scheduling work assignments.
• Supervise and train team members.
• Maintain product displays and signage.
• Keep shelves stocked, organized and clean.
• Receive orders and confirm shipments.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management and budgeting.
• A desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• A strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
• The ability to strike up a conversation and communicate with anyone.
• A high level of motivation and excellent multitasking skills.
• A desire to work with a team and independently.
• A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback.
• The ability to comply with established department procedures and safe work practices.

• Ability to safely bend, twist and lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of scheduled shift.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures.

• 3 years’ previous produce experience is required.
• 2 years’ previous leadership experience is required.

Starting Range: $23.50–$25.25

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range: Up to $30.00
