Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear;
Consult with Store Manager in establishing action plans to accomplish departmental and overall store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Supervise employees in the absence of the Store Manager and provide training;
Maintain quality customer service and assist customers in all departments as needed;
Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends
