AVP Business Development

The primary purpose of this position is to advance Endurance Federal Credit Union’s Service Mission: “Partnering with our members to enhance our relationships and their financial well-being.” This role will play a key part in strengthening member relationships, enhancing the overall member experience, and positioning the credit union for sustainable growth.

Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, this position will help develop and execute strategic initiatives designed to increase brand recognition, deepen member engagement, attract new members, and expand the credit union’s financial impact within the communities we serve.

The successful candidate will combine a strong commitment to exceptional internal and external service with a strategic, relationship-driven approach to business development. Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, cultivating relationships with current and prospective members, supporting strategic marketing and outreach initiatives, and helping translate the credit union’s vision and goals into measurable results.

This position will serve as an important contributor to the credit union’s strategic direction by collaborating with the CEO to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen the Endurance brand, enhance member loyalty, and ensure our products, services, and community presence continue to meet the evolving financial needs of our members.
