Class A CDL Truck Driver – Earn $1550-$2000/WK & Hone Weekends
Class A CDL Truck Drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience in the last three years (local, regional or OTR – not a trainer, driving school or yard jockey) will run a dedicated account that returns you home on weekends. You earn $1550-$2000 per week, plus a $1000 sign‑on bonus ($500 after the first load and $500 30 days later).
The role offers full benefits after 30 days, and riders and pets are permitted on the road.
Compensation includes $0.50-$0.60 CPM based on experience, $25 per stop, and $240 per trailer unload. Each load has 1–6 stops; on average you will run 3 loads per week, yielding an annual pay rate of $80–$100K.
The account operates in TX, OK, AR, LA, MS and is 100% driver unload. After unloading, the driver is responsible for the freight placement; no further work is required.
Trucks are mostly newer model Freightiners, and drivers are home every weekend:
Friday night to Sunday morning or Saturday afternoon to Monday.
Riders and pets are allowed after 3–5 days of training on the account, which pays $150 per day.
Responsibilities- Run dedicated truck account in the specified region.
- Perform driver unload with boxes placed on conveyor belts into the store.
- Maintain high safety and compliance standards while meeting load schedule.
- Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional or OTR) within the last 3 years.
- Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test – no exceptions, no SAP drivers.
- No termination from a previous job for any safety‑related reason (if terminated for safety, must have 6 months with another carrier before applying).
- No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the last 3 years; no more than 3 total accidents or incidents in that period.
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months; no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Maximum 3 jobs in the last year, 6 jobs in the last 2 years, and 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
