• Responsible for the coordination between the company and the client, managing and overseeing all development and implementation of processes from all departments but primarily the Operations department.
• · Monitor budget, safety within the work area, and carrier performance activities, as well as perform some personnel management tasks.
• · Coordinate communication between customers and LLP organization.
• · Manage and oversee training to On-Site Managers.
• · Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of process initiatives and provide subject matter expertise to CLI Material Positions.

• - J.I.T. operations background, warehouse and/or manufacturing experience in the automotive industry.
• · Strong skills in managing salaried and hourly employees and processes.
• · Understanding of LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• · Must be process and data driven.
• Must have excellent customer service skills

Schedule/ Shift: First shift but will need to be available for all shifts as needs arise.
