Asan Electrical Superintendent ,youwillberesponsibleforoverseeingday-to-dayfieldoperations,coordinatingelectricalcrewsandsubcontractors,maintainingprojectschedules,enforcingsafetyandqualitystandards,andensuringworkiscompletedinaccordancewithprojectdrawings,specifications,theNEC,andapplicablecodes.

Thispositionservesasakeylinkbetweenfieldpersonnel,Project Management,clients,andothertrades.

• • Providedailyfieldleadershipandsupervisionforelectricalconstructionprojectsfrommobilizationthroughprojectcompletion.
  • Plan,organize,andcoordinateelectricalcrews,subcontractors,equipment,tools,andmaterialstomeetprojectschedules.
  • Assignworktofieldpersonnelandmonitorproductivity,workmanship,and progress.
  • Coordinatedailyandweeklyworkactivitieswith Project Managersandotherprojectleadership .
  • Read,interpret,andenforceprojectdrawings,electrical schematics,specifications,shop drawings,wiring diagrams,andinstallationrequirements.
  • Ensureelectricalinstallationscomplywiththe National Electrical Code (NEC),project specifications,applicablelocalcodes,andcompany standards.
  • Coordinateelectricalactivitieswithgeneralcontractors,owners,inspectors,vendors,subcontractors,andothertrades.
  • Identifypotentialscheduleconflicts,material shortages,design issues,andfieldconditionsandcommunicatethempromptlyto

  • Assistwithshort-term scheduling,manpower planning,material planning,andprojectlook-ahead schedules.
  • Monitorprojectprogressandhelpensureestablishedmilestonesandcompletiondatesareachieved.
  • Maintainaccuratefielddocumentation,includingdailyreports,manpower information,progress updates,material needs,andprojectissues.
  • Reviewdrawingsandfieldconditionstoidentifypotentialchangesinscopeandcommunicatepotentialchange-orderworktothe

  • Participateinprojectmeetings,coordination meetings,inspections,andjobsitewalkthroughs.
  • Oversee installation,testing,troubleshooting,andcompletionofelectricalsystems.

  • Maintainanorganized,professional,andproductivejobsite.
  • Enforce Bachner Electro USAsafetypoliciesandapplicableOSHArequirements.
  • Conductorparticipateintoolboxtalks,pre-task planning,safety meetings,andjobhazardassessments.
  • EnsureemployeesandsubcontractorsutilizerequiredPPEandfollowsafeworkpractices.
  • Leadbyexampleandpromoteacultureofsafety,accountability,quality,and teamwork.
  • Mentor Foremen,Journeymen,Apprentices,andotherfieldpersonnelandassistwithemployeedevelopment.
  • Performadditionaldutiesasrequiredtosupportsuccessfulprojectexecution.

• • Minimum5yearsofelectricalconstructionexperience,withpreviousexperienceina
    
    Foreman,General Foreman,Superintendent,orsimilarfieldleadershippositionstronglypreferred.
  • Industrial and/orlargecommercialelectricalconstructionexperiencepreferred.
  • Strongknowledgeofthe National Electrical Code (NEC) andelectricalconstructionmethods.
  • Journey manor Master Electricianlicensepreferredbutnotrequired ,dependingonprojectandjurisdiction.
  • Demonstratedexperiencesupervisingelectricalcrewsandcoordinatingmultipleworkactivities.
  • Abilitytoreadandinterpretelectricaldrawings,specifications,one-line diagrams,schematics,andconstructiondocuments.
