Creative Director

CUPS Mission is hiring a Creative Director to lead brand creative initiatives and strengthen visual storytelling across all platforms.

• Help develop and carry out end-to-end creative strategies tied to brand objectives and marketing goals
  .
• Oversee production of visual assets, including digital designs
  , print advertising
  , motion graphics
  , video content production, and audio
  .
• Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other listed platforms to support creative output.
• Lead art direction for branding work, maintaining consistency across channels while expanding visual storytelling with innovative approaches.
• Partner with the team to build marketing campaigns that include typography design for media, apply color theory
  , and use strong layout design

• Manage creative projects from concept through execution
  , ensuring alignment with brand standards and audience engagement metrics
  .

• Proven creative experience in a fast-paced marketing or digital design environment.
• Portfolio showing expertise across branding
  , visual storytelling

  , audio
  , and video
  .
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage timelines for creative projects across multiple channels.
• Understanding of marketing principles alongside technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and strong initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
