The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for being the point of contact for the branch for customer service and coordinating installation and service appointments.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that can truly multi task and work cohesively within our fast-paced organization for effective operational production. This position requires a customer service background, computer proficiency with basic business software systems, as well as Word and Excel. We are looking for a great personality to join our growing team. This position will be based in our Duncan, SC office.
Responsibilities- Answering incoming customer calls
- Communicating amongst the team
- De-escalation
- Scheduling and routing of appointments
- General clerical duties
- Data entry
- Plan, organize, and complete assigned work in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
- Have a flexible and helpful approach in dealing with the many different tasks associated with administration.
- Be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Must have a pleasant and friendly manner and be happy and willing to deal with queries from visiting members of the public in a polite and helpful manner.
- High School Diploma or GED Required
A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or administrative role required.
