The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for being the point of contact for the branch for customer service and coordinating installation and service appointments.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that can truly multi task and work cohesively within our fast-paced organization for effective operational production. This position requires a customer service background, computer proficiency with basic business software systems, as well as Word and Excel. We are looking for a great personality to join our growing team. This position will be based in our Duncan, SC office.

Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Communicating amongst the team
  • De-escalation
  • Scheduling and routing of appointments
  • General clerical duties
  • Data entry
  • Plan, organize, and complete assigned work in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with data entry and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
  • Have a flexible and helpful approach in dealing with the many different tasks associated with administration.
  • Be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a pleasant and friendly manner and be happy and willing to deal with queries from visiting members of the public in a polite and helpful manner.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required

A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or administrative role required.
