Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years in torque tool programming or assembly line quality engineering.

Role

Purpose:

Update and validate Bosch torque tool programs, ensuring fastening quality and process capability (Cpk) compliance for new production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and update Bosch torque tools per line requirements.
• Conduct Cpk studies to validate process capability.
• Ensure torque tool programs meet customer quality gates.
• Integrate tool performance data into traceability systems.
• Provide operator training on updated torque tool programs.
• Monitor and report tool performance metrics to management.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in Bosch torque tools programming.
• Knowledge of Cpk studies and statistical process control.
• Familiarity with data logging and traceability systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in assembly line commissioning preferred.
• Proven track record of conducting Cpk studies and implementing tool program updates.
• Exposure to Bosch torque tool models and integration with production systems.
