Manufacturing Engineer

Salary: $75,000 - $115,000

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering documentation, technical data sheets, and product specifications from engineering drawings
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product manufacturability and ensure customer requirements are met
  • Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment, tooling, production layouts, and process improvements
  • Work closely with Quality, Materials, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues and improve production efficiency
  • Assist with non-conformance investigations and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Support the development of inspection plans, testing procedures, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on engineering-related issues and component requirements
  • Research and recommend new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and process enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, quality management systems, and operational standards
  • Manage multiple projects while providing day-to-day support to manufacturing operations

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Applications Engineering, or a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency with Solid Works and/or AutoCAD
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with vendors and cross‑functional teams
