Manufacturing Engineer
Salary: $75,000 - $115,000
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering documentation, technical data sheets, and product specifications from engineering drawings
- Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product manufacturability and ensure customer requirements are met
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment, tooling, production layouts, and process improvements
- Work closely with Quality, Materials, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues and improve production efficiency
- Assist with non-conformance investigations and implement corrective actions as needed
- Support the development of inspection plans, testing procedures, and quality standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on engineering-related issues and component requirements
- Research and recommend new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, quality management systems, and operational standards
- Manage multiple projects while providing day-to-day support to manufacturing operations

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Applications Engineering, or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency with Solid Works and/or AutoCAD
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with vendors and cross‑functional teams
