Shealy Truck Centers is in search of a Service Advisor at our Duncan location. We are a full-service truck dealership representing Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, Cummins, and TICO, and Clark & Clement Trailers. • Greeting customers as they enter the service department
• Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
• Ensuring that customers understand the process from start to repair completion
• Preparing paperwork for customers
• Managing several computer systems simultaneously
• Facilitating customer repairs
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

• Monday–Friday day position

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
• Great personality
