Job Summary

The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, analyze financial data, ensure accurate account balances, and support internal and external teams. The role includes a variety of duties and special projects that support the department and the business.

Work Schedule

Hybrid schedule: remote 2 days per week, onsite 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee Accounts Receivable with internal and external teams and customers.
  • Manage month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and approval of entries from internal and external teams.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and approvals in Blackline.
  • Prepare quarterly analysis and reports.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Participate in annual physical inventory.
  • Supervise a Staff Accountant.
  • Lead or participate in special projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Preferred 5-7 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues and create solutions.
  • Ability to respond positively to feedback and implement process changes as needed.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
Physical Demands

The employee will work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment. During visits to operations areas, the employee may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary range: $68,900-$98,200. This range may be influenced by training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and location. The role offers health, welfare, and retirement benefits. Additional benefit offerings may include an annual bonus if eligible. More information on offered benefits is available at
