We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team in South Carolina. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical website work with search performance improvements across Word Press environments. The person in this role will partner closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen site health, support launches, and help deliver measurable results for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen the technical performance of client websites by identifying issues that affect crawlability, speed, indexing, and overall search visibility.
• Build, update, and maintain Word Press pages using Gutenberg and page builder tools while ensuring accuracy, usability, and brand alignment.
• Write and adjust HTML and CSS directly when needed to support on-page enhancements and resolve site presentation issues.
• Assist with onboarding new clients by evaluating website condition, surfacing technical concerns, and preparing action plans for improvement.
• Handle incoming website requests across a range of Word Press configurations and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Review websites before launch, help resolve final technical issues, and support post-launch follow-up to ensure stable performance.
• Carry out optimization tasks designed to improve client KPIs, including landing page updates, page experience enhancements, and technical SEO improvements.
• Support website hosting, domain, analytics, and tracking-related needs such as troubleshooting configurations, migrations, or tag implementation when required.
