Looking for an experienced Site Sourcing Specialist, Buyer, or Procurement Professional with a background in manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Experience managing supplier relationships, purchasing activities, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, production, and finance teams.
- Skilled at resolving supplier issues, supporting sourcing initiatives, managing procurement documentation, and driving cost reduction and process improvement efforts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, low-volume/high-mix manufacturing environment and possess
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or General Education Degree required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Economics or Finance preferred.
- Three to five years manufacturing, transportation or heavy construction industry experience.
- Two to four years of purchasing experience.
