- Overseedailyoperations,strategic planning,projectfinancials,andoverallperformanceofthe
Commercial Electrical Division - Provide executive-levelleadershipandguidancetoateamofelectricalmanagers,estimators,andprojectengineers
- Plan,execute,andensurecompletionofelectricalprojectsontime,within scope,andwithinbudget
- Maintainhighstandardsofquality,safety,andregulatorycomplianceacrossallprojectactivities
- Developandimplementstrategiesthatalignwithcompanygoalsanddrivedivisionalgrowth
- Identifyandpursueopportunitiesforbusinessdevelopmentandmarketexpansionwithinthecommercialelectricalsector
- Buildandsustainstrongrelationshipswithclients,subcontractors,vendors,andindustrypartners
- Monitorandmanagedepartmentalbudgets,forecastcosts,andensurefinancialtargetsareachieved
- Supportteamdevelopmentthroughmentoring,training,andperformancemanagement
- Enforcesafetybestpracticesandensureadherencetoindustrystandardsandcompanypolicies
- Serveasakeypointofcontactforclientcommunications,project updates,andconflictresolution

- Bachelor’sdegreein
Electrical
Engineering,Construction Management,orrelatedfield - 7–10yearsofexperienceinelectricalengineeringorprojectmanagementwithinindustrial/constructionsectors
- Minimum5+yearsinaleadershiporexecutive-levelrole
- In-depthknowledgeofcommercialandindustrialelectricalsystems,methods,technologies,and equipment
- Strongunderstandingofelectricalcodes,industry standards,andprojectprocesses
- Experiencemanagingmultipleconcurrentelectricalprojects
- Provenleadershipandpeoplemanagementskills
- Strongbusinessacumenwiththeabilitytodrivegrowthinitiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel,Outlook,Project)
- AbilitytointerpretandworkwithcontractdocumentsandP&IDdrawings
