CNC Operator

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or GED - preferred

* At least 1 year of CNC experience - required

* Ability to lift 15-40 lbs repeatedly

* Willingness to work in a physical, team-based production environment

* Strong attention to detail and safety procedures

* Familiarity with basic math and measurement tools

* Basic computer skills;
Microsoft Office and Oracle experience a plus

* Must wear PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and ear protection as required)

What You'll Do as a CNC Operator:

* Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery

* Perform efficient machine changeovers and quality checks

* Maintain production area cleanliness and equipment upkeep

* Accurately enter production and quality data into systems

* Assist with machine setups and preventive maintenance tasks

* Identify and report quality issues promptly

* Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines

* Collaborate with team members and support process improvements

Walk-In Interview

Hours:

* Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM

* Tuesday & Thursday: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
