Job Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and inspect components according to engineering drawings and test codes.
- Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that does not pass testing.
- Assist in daily 5S and cleaning procedures.
- Assist teammates in finding solutions to quality and production issues.
- Maintain assembly and test equipment as required.
- Move material to and from the workstation by hand, cart, or crane as needed.
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
- Perform other duties as may be required or assigned.
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.
- High School graduate or GED.
- At least 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Proficiency using tools and equipment necessary for assembly operations.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Team‑player attitude; works well with others.
- Hourly pay within the $19.00–$?? range, subject to qualifications and market factors.

Employees frequently stand, walk, talk, or hear; use hands to operate tools and controls; and reach with hands and arms. The role requires occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Employees may lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
Work EnvironmentIndoor manufacturing environment with exposure to production machinery, overhead cranes, and forklift traffic. Personal protective equipment is required to mitigate workplace hazards.
Mental DemandsRegular use of written and oral communication skills; reading and interpreting data, information, and documents; analyzing and solving problems; applying math reasoning; observing and interpreting situations; learning new information or skills; and interacting with employees, customers, and vendors.
