You will be responsible for assembling and disassembling assembly parts, as well as having the ability to use tools and equipment that are needed to perform the operations in an industrial setting. You will make a difference by being a team player and having great listening and communication skills.
What do we offer?- Hourly pay range starting at $19.00 per hour.

- Able to work 1st shift hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- 1+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Ability to use tools and equipment required for assembly operations.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Assist in daily 5S and cleaning procedures.
- Assist others in obtaining solutions to quality and production issues.
- Other duties as may be required or assigned.
- Assemble, test, and inspect according to engineering drawings and test codes.
- Work with electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that does not pass the test.
- Maintain assembly and test equipment as required.
- Move material to and from the workstation by hand, cart, and crane as required.
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and maintain good housekeeping.

While performing this job's duties, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk, or hear; use hands to finger, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Environment:
The employee regularly works in an indoor manufacturing environment with areas exposed to production activities including production machinery, assembly operations, overhead crane usage, and forklift traffic. Personal protective equipment must be used to prevent exposure to workplace hazards.

The employee is required to use written and oral communication skills; read and interpret data, information, and documents; analyze and solve problems; use math and mathematical reasoning; observe and interpret situations; learn and apply new information or skills; and interact with employees, customers, and vendors.
You may also be asked to perform other duties outside your function or trade, with training provided if necessary.
