Key Operator Production Cell – All Shifts

We are seeking a Key Operator Production Cell to lead and manage a production unit within our plant. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring KPI achievement, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in manufacturing and a results‑driven mindset to optimize production performance.

• Perform general manual labor tasks including operating assembly equipment and carrying out tasks per the work instructions at the molding machines.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Read and follow work instructions to produce a quality product.
• Maintain appropriate production records.
• Follow all company safety and operating policies.
• Stack and/or pack various assemblies and molding products per product specification.
• Observe continuous operation of machines and notify supervisor of machine malfunctions or quality issues.
• Abide by and perform 5S activities within work cell machine areas.
• Train new operators as needed.
• Possess the ability to stop and start the press as needed within specific guidelines.
• Work with technical team during equipment changeovers to accomplish the change efficiently.
• Support technical team during equipment PM.
• Support technical team for basic equipment problem solving and error resolution.
• Other duties as needed.

• Must be an employee in good standing and be proficient in all aspects of the SCR tank cell.

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
